The issue now is should I still go on
After all it had not been that easy
I should never have stopped the momentum
Now it feels like it's a new start for me
-
But I spent the time in writing more songs
Should that not give me some sort of comfort
Here come the perils from stopping so soon
They seem to be worse that I even thought
-
So then I am trying to start again
Hoping to find the same thrill as before
I'm aware of the hard work that remains
Before I can say it's enough, no more
-
And I look at the joy I will then miss
A good sign is that I'm now ending this
